Real Estate Drip Email Campaigns includes one professionally designed custom email stationery template that has been tested to work with all email clients including Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc. You can use this template within the system and also within your PC's email client to maintain branding. Once you signup and send us your logo and photo, we create your stationery and install it to the system for all of the campaigns. The system also includes over 30 professional templates (seasonal, family, real estate) that you can edit and use for any campaign.

Use Real Estate Drip Email Campaigns built-in form creation tool to easily create subscription forms that you can add to your website to capture your visitors information. If you have an existing database of users, you can also easily import those into the system.

In addition to the drip campaigns we install for you (Buyers, Sellers, FSBO, Expired) you can also easily create additional campaigns to market additional segments. You can even create campaigns based on detailed criteria such as a particular location, home style, etc.
Automatic Bounce Handling
REDEC offers the ability to remove bad email addresses from your campaigns with bounce handling. Simply setup an email account that accepts the bounced emails and REDEC will take care of the rest.
Unlimited Custom Fields for Personalization
Create custom fields for each campaign to capture additional information with your website forms for use within your drip messages (such as First Name, Last Name, Location, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, etc.) Your REDAC system comes with many pre-installed custom fields for your use.

Easy Drip Campaign Editor
It's simple to edit or create drip email campaigns with REDEC - if you can use Microsoft Word, then you'll find our built in editor simple to use to create a new campaign within minutes.
Drip Campaign Automated Scheduling
Once your campaigns are installed, they can be sent now or can be scheduled to send at any time in the future using REDEC's scheduling feature. Set the initial sign-up autoresponder to go out immediately, then schedule the next email to go out after 2 days, 3 days, etc. You can also recieve email notification whenever a campaign begins and/or ends.
Create HTML, Text or Multipart Campaign Messages
We install all of your inital campaigns as Multipart (we send both HTML and Text) but you have the option to create campaigns in any format. Multipart emails will automatically deliver the most appropriate format to each users inbox, depending on whether their email client can display HTML emails or not.
Archive Sent Drip Campaigns as RSS Feeds
You can choose to archive all sent email campaigns to individual RSS feeds for each mailing list. You can then use any RSS feed tool to display a campaign archive on your website or blog.
Track Links, Email Opens and Embed Images
For each drip campaign you can enable/disable link click tracking and email open tracking. You can also embed images as attachments along with each email so recipients aren't prompted to display images by their email client.
Add Additional Users to REDEC
If you have staff or other agents you would like to be able to use the system, you can add them via the 'Users' interface. Any user can be allowed their own login, templates, campaigns and lists separate from your own.
